Happy Wednesday Y’all! Keeping it short and sweet today with a look at what I wore yesterday! I am sooooo excited to attend the Jay-Z and Beyoncé concert tonight! I’ve got a killer outfit planned that I can’t wait to share with you all!
It’s Fancy Wednesday! This week my fancy is being tickled by Mara Hoffman’s Swimwear Line! From bikini’s, one pieces, cover ups and beach accessories, I can’t get enough of the collection’s vibrant colors and geometric prints!

There are a few brands that I still currently wear that emotionally transport me back to my childhood and inspire warm feelings of summer fun in the sun! KEDS is one of those brands. The first time I rode a bike, I was wearing KEDS. The first time I went to summer camp, I wore KEDS. I still wear KEDS and I find that whenever I am wearing KEDS, I’m usually doing something fun and carefree!
Today’s “Fancy” is KEDS Summer Collection which just so happens to currently be 50% OFF!
Here are my picks from the Summer Collection!
Hey guys! Hope you’ve all enjoyed your weekend so far. Last night I attended my sister’s boyfriend’s graduation party to which I FINALLY wore this Peter Pilotto x Target Iris print romper. Yes, I know, I went ham on this collection, but can you blame me? The geometric floral print of this romper (same print you saw on this dress) is striking and very much in with this seasons bold, modern floral print trend!
As irresistible as this little romper is, it’s a romper none the less and even though this was the first romper I’ve worn that correctly fit and flattered my body, once the wheels (legs) started turning (walking) I was quickly reminded of why I NEVER wear rompers. See, I suffer from “hungry thighs” it’s a syndrome prominent in Latina women in which the inner thighs devour and store any fragment of clothing they come in contact with. You ladies know what I’m talking about. That uncomfortable bunching of the shorts in between your butt and thighs that creates the need to stop, squat and pick in the most always unavoidable (non)nonchalant manner.
Knowing this would inevitably happen, I chose the right type of event to don this pretty little thing. A celebratory gathering with chatting, dining and dancing, i.e. minimal walking and mandatory squatting (dancing), yes, this is Miami, squatting is mandatory on the dance floor.
Rompers are absolutely adorable, sexy and versatile for Miami’s scorching hot weather. I really wish I could wear more of them, but for now, my heart is content! I tried something new! Yippeeee!
Thanks for stopping by! HAPPY SUNDAY!
